Trauma Support
Integrate Your Trauma, Gain Wisdom, Feel More Joy.
The power is already in you.
It’s time we awaken it.
Lasting change calls upon us to reassess our connections with ourselves, others, and past circumstances. Our subconscious clings to familiarity, and brings us to the same place we started despite our initial leaps forward. True healing demands radical self-awareness, a nurturing presence, consistent exercises, and accountability from someone who understands our unique patterns. It is essential to receive proper mentorship to unravel the complexities of the self, as confronting triggers and blind resistance are part of the process.
I facilitate an open hearted space to catalyze sustainable change for my clients. As a result, I offer a minimum of 3-4 month long packages to lay the framework necessary to heal at the core-level.
What to Expect? My process begins at 3-4 months, and can continue for as long as support is desired. After the initial four months, we will get a navigate the best way to move forward together.
What are my sessions like?
I have a somatic approach to coaching, meaning that we will incorporate mind-body exercises in order to befriend our nervous system, gain the trust of our inner-most selves, and balance stress hormones.
I also work with myriad forms of NLP, Hypnosis, and TimeTravel Embodiment to rewire the subconscious mind.
Together, we will make peace with The Big 5 Emotions -
1) Fear
2) Anger
3) Sadness
4) Hurt
5) Guilt/Shame
& learn to work with them in a way that actually serves you.

What is Trauma?
Trauma is when we experience a lingering psychosomatic response to overwhelming events. It is what happens when were faced with something that was too much, too fast, or too soon. It can also occur when we experience something that was not enough, for too long.
Trauma does not have a single manifestation - it can show up in countless ways, such as through addiction, bad relationships, physical & mental dis-ease, etc. Trauma distorts our visions, thwarts our joy, and makes it challenging to receive the things we truly desire.
Types of Trauma
Generational - our parents inherited it from their parents, who inherited it from our grandparents, and so on. Generational trauma continues to be blindly past down until someone is ready to feel it and make the conscious shifts to end the cycle. This person is often an outcast to the rest of the family, as they break the cycle of what is familiar.
Acute - results from a single accident; one time, high impact, and unexpected. This is usually something that happens to the body.
Chronic - repeated & prolonged, occurring over an extended period of time.
Complex - exposure to varied or multiple traumatic events. This often occurs within the context of an interpersonal relational dynamic, meaning it includes another person. Complex trauma is becoming more common because compounded unintegrated traumatic experiences cause the body’s self-protective mechanisms to get distorted, making it more likely for trauma to occur.
